Richard Gines spent his professional career in the tech industry working primarily at HP starting in 2001: serving in an array of positions from Software Engineer to various leadership roles. This included a period where he was performing sourcing, interviewing, and the hiring of hundreds of professionals yearly. 

Richard provides Digital Adoption consulting for VC’s and serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ada County.  

He loves to watch BSU football and to volunteer in his community. He spent several years as the head wrestling coach at Sawtooth Middle School and was a Varsity assistant Wrestling coach at Rocky Mountain High School for twice as long. He is married with 7 children who he thinks are the joy of life, particularly when they are not on their tablets or phones.
